Hi, I’m Tae ♡
A writer, blogger, filmmaker, and professional over-thinker with an unfortunate habit of turning every passing curiosity into an entire research project.
Hello, Taee is my little corner of the internet, where I write about the things I love, the things I’m figuring out, and the things I probably didn’t need to buy but absolutely needed to investigate.
I like honest stories, useful advice, pretty things, practical products, and occasionally making questionable decisions in the name of research.
What You’ll Find Here
Hello, Taee is rooted in real life. That means the posts here might look like:
- beauty, fashion, and products I’ve actually tried
- wellness, body changes, and figuring out what works for you
- dating, relationships, and intimacy without the awkward euphemisms
- travel, books, hobbies, and whatever has caught my attention this week
- honest reviews, useful guides, and the occasional mildly unhinged experiment
Some days, I’m comparing products to figure out which one’s worth your money. Other days, I’m trying a new hobby, planning a trip, or investigating something nobody actually asked me to investigate.
Either way, you’re invited along for the ride.
Meet the pups
No introduction to my life would be complete without the dogs. I’ve got three squishy-faced little roommates who contribute absolutely nothing to the household expenses but have very strong opinions about where everyone should sleep.
All three are seasoned international travellers and occasional product testers with wildly different personalities (and even stronger opinions).

A 10-year-old black pug with the energy of an old man who can’t believe the audacity of the “youngsters” skateboarding in front of his house.
One part tattle-tale crossing guard, one part puppy at heart, Benny loves a good (but not too long) hike, comfy beds, soft toys, and treats—preferably without his heart medication hidden inside.

Rescued at two, this now 6-year-old Frenchie is firmly in her queen era. She runs the show, pushes her brothers around, and has never met a noisy toy she didn’t want to investigate.
Winnie loves long walks, road trips, and lots of treats. With or without her heart medication hidden inside, she’s not particularly picky.

Found wandering the beaches of Mexico, trying to escape a pack of street thugs (of the dog variety), this 5-year-old(ish) silver-fawn pug is God’s gift to the lady dogs.
Blind but endlessly adventurous, Ted is affectionately known as Indiana Bones. When he’s not picking up ladies at the dog park, you’ll find him buried in blankets.
… and their besties
And because three dogs apparently aren’t enough, my mom has another three who occasionally join the product-testing department.
There’s Joey, a three-year-old blue Italian Greyhound; Bambino (aka Beans), a two-year-old tan-and-white Italian Greyhound; and Charlie, our horse-sized rescue with some Rhodesian Ridgeback in the mix.
Between the six of them, we’ve got quite the range of sizes, shapes, and very strong opinions about dog products.
