It’s been a busy month, so the blog schedule is a bit further behind than I want it to be. But I wanted to take a brief moment so share some of my favourite picks for plus size pride clothing that I’ve come across recently.
Whether you’re looking for a sexy bathing suit, a fun skirt, or even a new set of pens, there is definitely something for everyone on this list who wants to throw a little fun and pride into their wardrobe:

Plus size pride clothing
Collectif Plus Size Rainbow Stripes Swim Skirt
If you’re ready to mix up the traditional bikini style with a rainbow print swim skirt, paired with a flattering v-neck top with a tied centre, then this is the suit for you. The bottoms feature an elastic waist top and a skirt that dances over your hips. While the top has a keyhole top made by the bow accent with adjustable straps, removable padding, and side boning.
Feel secure, and look sexy!
Rainbow open cardigan
If you want something pride-themed but isn’t too bold to fit into your everyday wardrobe, then I’d recommend taking a peek at the rainbow stripe open cardigan.
While it features most of the rainbow colours, they’re a little more tame and pastel-based than other picks on our list. There is a finely-cut open front, so you don’t have to worry about popping buttons (YAY), and it’s made of a cozy cotton knit to keep you warm and cozy on some of those cooler days.
Rainbow stripe Rachel swing dress
If you are looking for bold and beautiful, the Rachel swing dress is your gal.
This radiant piece of plus size pride clothing is crafted in the air of midcentury styling, and features a lightweight, woven fabric with princess seaming and a side smock for a perfect fit. It has a darling neckline and a notched white fold for a bit of an accent.
The seamed waistline helps build an hourglass silhouette, and the swing skirt has a slight bit of flare to it that you can absolutely bolster with crinoline if you want some extra volume. And, per usual, one of my favourite features are the hidden side pockets!
Rainbow stripe Elsie blouse
If you’re looking for a business-casual rainbow option, then the Elsie blouse by Unique Vintage might just be the perfect pick!
This fabulously bright top would be perfectly paired with a high-waisted bottom, pants, shorts, or a skirt, whichever you fancy. It is made of semi-sheer fabric that has a flattering feminine form, and features a bold and fun rainbow pattern.
I love the dainty white tie that gives it a little professional flare, and the button-front bodice that features a feminine silhouette. There’s a modest high neckline and short sleeves, which are perfect for the summer months.
Magnolia Place rainbow fairytale dress
Doesn’t every girl dream of being a princess at least once in her life? That’s what you get with this pastel rainbow-coloured Alyssa swing dress by Magnolia Place. I love the light touch of rainbow and the breezy tulle overlay, it gives it a flowy, fun feeling that’s perfect for the summer.
This charming dress has a 1950s style, with a fully-lined body and short puffy tulle sleeves. The surplice neckline gives you a slight deep-v that meets at the gathered waistband. And while this dress comes in sizes up to 5X, Unique Vintage warns that it can run a little bit small.
Rainbow ombre Ray swing dress
This rainbow ombre swing dress by Magnolia Place is perfect for those of us that want something a little less fairytale princess and a little more garden party.
The top features a sweetheart neckline with adjustable straps so you can keep yourself comfortable, while the skirt has a cinched waist and a touch of added flair. It’s complete with a back zipper, which makes it easy to get in and out of. Plus there are side pockets!
Rainbow hearts Gellar swing skirt
Unique Vintage has some of my favourite clothes of all-time (in case you haven’t guessed that based on how often I feature them in my posts), and I really love the swing skirt style—though I’m not convinced I can pull it off. This rainbow hearts skirt is flirty and a whole lot of fun!
It features a banded high-waist that’s gathered, an a-line silhouette, and even features hidden side pockets (amazing addition!). You can add a little extra flair by using crinoline underneath, though you’ll have to purchase that separately.
Golden rainbow rounded sunglasses
I LOVE a good pair of rounded sunglasses. The pair that I’m currently wearing have dark shades and pink tops with a metal wire circular frame—they remind me of Tom Hank’s character’s glasses in Catch Me If You Can, though full-disclosure, I have a legitimate pair of those glasses for my distance prescription as well.
Anyway, these rounded rainbow glasses are really similar to the ones I have and love—and yes, I do have a chubbier face. So, if that’s a concern of yours, I think you’ll be OK.
These glasses are fun and flirty with the rainbow toppers and pink tinted lenses. But they should still be relatively comfortable, since they feature silicone nose pads and curved arms!
Multicolor hearts sheer socks
Sheer socks are a new one for me. I’m not a huge fan of being able to see my toe cleavage, but these multicolour heart socks are too adorable to pass up.
They feature a white mesh body with multi-coloured embroidered hearts dotted around it, and a yellow covered toe, heel, and cuff. If you want to show your pride with your socks, these are the pair you’re going to want to have in your wardrobe.
Multicolour beaded headband
Is Blair Waldorf in the house? This beaded headband is the perfect addition to your summer hair accessories if you’re looking for bright and unique.
It features an array of fun crystal multicolour beads that stand out against the neutral whites. It’s perfect for building the perfect pride halo!
Rainbow beaded floral necklace
If you can pull of dainty, which I most certainly cannot, this adorable rainbow beaded necklace is the perfect addition to your summer jewelry.
It really is quite dainty, so you’ve been warned. But the adorable flowers that have been beaded come in a rainbow of colours with long gold beads placed in between them. Then the entire necklace is secured with a lobster claw that helps keep it secure all day long.
Pastel rainbow tie dye bucket hat
Everyone needs a summer hat to help keep the beating rays off your head, so what better way to protect yourself than a super cute rainbow bucket hat?
This hat is both stylish and comfortable. It’s made out of cotton, so it shouldn’t feel too stiff and and comfortable on your head, plus the short bucket rim means it won’t be falling all over your head while you wear it.
We’ve got a few more tie dye clothing choices for you to pick from, if that’s your style!
Rainbow beaded clutch
Who doesn’t want a fancy rainbow clutch?
While the is particular clutch probably isn’t ideal for an everyday purse (though it depends on your personal style) it’s perfect for special occasions when you want to dress up. It features a dual-magnet fold over to close off the inside pocket so your items don’t fall out.
Along with the vibrant exterior, this clutch has a silky golden interior that matches. And, tucked inside you’ll find a removable gold chain that helps give you a versatile wearing experience. Say hello to all the fancy clubs!
Other fun stuff
Rainbow pride pen set
Who said you have to stick to clothing and accessories only? This rainbow pen set is perfect for those of us that love to jot notes and want to make a splash.
It features five retractable pens in the different and bright colours of the rainbow, all with fun quotes on the side, including “Stay Gay” and “One Proud Bitch.” Though word of warning, you might want to leave that second one in your bag at work!
Sunset rainbow pool float
We JUST released a whole post on plus size pool floats, and I can’t comment on the weight capacity on this particular one. However, I love the tropical vibes that this sunset-themed rainbow floatie gives off.
Throw on your favourite pair of shades, grab your hot weather drink, and enjoy the pool with a bold, fun, and convenient air mattress that gives off some serious summer vibes.
